Description
When the heavy gas lifted, Felice dragged the unconscious Wonder Woman and White Owl out of the room. After injecting them with a more concentrated dose of ragdoll, she set to work; divesting the heroines of their costumes and carefully setting them aside with Solstice's. She slipped the now nude Wonder Woman into a large cardboard form--her knees by her neck and hands beside her, then quickly filled the tube with a heavy, reinforced concrete. White Owl was unmasked as well, then placed on a form, her head tilted well back. The concrete was applied to that form as well.
As the heroines awoke Felice Raiona smiled. "The concrete is a special, quick curing type ladies. Designed to withstand typhoons, earthquakes and the depths of the ocean. As you can neither use momentum or leverage here, I think you'll find yourselves quite neutralized."
All either White Owl or Wonder Woman could do was moan into their gags...
